I am a life science specialist (Ph. D. in biochemistry) with professional experience in management of intellectual property (I.P.), technology transfer, and knowledge mobilization. I am currently the Senior Director of Life Sciences at Axelys, a non-profit organization whose mission is to contribute to the economic and social prosperity of Quebec by accelerating the development and transfer of high-potential innovations stemming from public research.
My contribution to IP is mainly at the level of collaboration amongst academic researchers and industrial partners.
My passion for IP and innovation has brought me to contribute actively to FORPIQ by becoming Treasurer of the 2019 edition and President in 2021. I have therefore experienced the success of the previous events organized by FORPIQ, where many speakers and attendees have shared their testimonials on the richness of business advice, workshops, and conferences, as well as many opportunities for networking that allow for improved innovation within their organization.
